Two hours of additional maintenance was scheduled with my second free oil change. We were given a loaner vehicle to shop in Malone. The wife and I went Flemmings Furniture. The oil change cost me $2000 in new furniture. Truck maintenance was excellent. Ellis Chevrolet is good for Malone's economy as are the people who work there.
I took my new car in for a free oil change. It was easy to schedule an appointment. They topped off the windshield washer fluid, added air to the tires and rotated the tires. The only negative was that the technician spilled oil on the engine and wiped the worst of off but left enough film on the engine to hold dust and dirt. I keep my engine clean. so I will have to use detergent and water to clean it up better.
Just as they always do, the Ellis service team performed their jobs in an excellent fashion. I was processed in quickly and directed to the comfortable waiting area. Upon completion of the service, just what was done was explained in detail by a service technician and I was on my way. I thoroughly enjoy both the purchase process and care and maintenance provided by Ellis Auto. I live over an hour's drive away, but the trip is worth it. This is my second Silverado purchased from them and when I am ready for a new truck, I will be looking at what Ellis has to offer. Ellis makes Chevrolet and GM look good.
One of the few waiting rooms I truly enjoy hanging out it in while at a service appointment. Professional employees, cushy chairs, excellent WIFI internet, TV with remote for guest control, kids play area, free coffee pods, clean and clutter free, etc.
