I booked a smoking room cause it was the cheaper option online. It smelled like a smoking room. Was to be expected. When I get in the room, one bed was undone. I was about to go to the office to let them know but someone was outside my door talking with the office person. The guy checked me in without the room being cleaned. The lady took care of that right away. I'm a simple person. Decent for the price and would stay here again.
Miscommunication led to incorrect charges on our credit card but they refunded us, was accused of taking a $2 lap pillow. Told them to charge me if they felt I had the need to really take a 6"x 12" pillow lol. Affordable rates though.
Amazing business owners. Very welcoming. Clean an wonderful painted rooms an decorations.
I PERSONALLY WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THE ONE STAR but you have to in order to post....Terrible Customer Service, The general Manager is a rude, ignorant man who doesn't really care what your talking about when making a complaint, he actually acts as if your annoying him or taking him out his way by asking simple question. The staff is clueless to anything your saying or asking about. I wouldn't stay here ever!!!!!! I'd rather pay a few bucks more for staff that actual had some respect. There are actually a few better hotels near by for anyone looking.
Rooms are clean and spacious for what it is. I DID, however experience tech issues last night w/ tv & wifi.
