Extremely nice and courteous staff, clean rooms, fridge and microwave, amazing shower, beds were very comfortable too. Would return.
This was my first stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Malone,NY. The rooms were immaculate and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful! There is a lot if parking and the lot is well lit at night. The hotel is in a great location , near many restaurants and the breakfast was one of the better ones I've had recently at a Holiday Inn Express. I will definitely return here when I'm in the area again for business!!
Busy but predictable and convenient
I would like everyone to know that the Staff, especially the staff that clean the rooms, are so trust-worthy and polite. I have traveled all over the state of NY and Malone Holiday Inn made my stay the best. I left items in my room. When I called, they had them at the desk and mailed them to me promptly. I really think the employees at this Malone Holiday Inn deserves cu-do's and a Big Thank you for their honesty. The rooms were excellent and the beds very comfortable. Room 320 in May
Always know what I'm going to get at a holiday inn express. Clean room, easy check in and out. This was the case this stay. Was surprised with the breakfast though, it was much better than other express franchises I've stayed in. Not much to do in malone but mo's restaurant had decent wings and cold pints. Will stay again the next time I'm working in the area.
